SERVICE TERMS

Clear terms for your QR codes.

These terms describe using QRnestly to create QR codes, share documents and manage dynamic links.

Your account and content

Use accurate account details, keep your sign-in credentials secure and upload only content you have the right to share. You are responsible for the destination and content of your codes. Do not use the service for malware, phishing, deception or unlawful content.

You retain your rights to your content. Creating or updating a QR code does not check the accuracy or legality of its destination. Check each link and scan your final printed design before distributing it.

Static and dynamic codes

A static code contains its original content directly. Its encoded content cannot be changed after creation, and it does not require a QRnestly subscription. Linked documents and websites must still remain available at their original addresses.

A dynamic code uses a QRnestly redirect so you can change its destination while keeping the same printed code. Dynamic redirects and editing require an active trial or paid subscription. Pausing or deleting a code, or allowing its access to expire, prevents the redirect from reaching its destination.

Trial and plan limits

New customer accounts receive a 14-day trial starting at registration, with up to 3 dynamic codes. No payment card is required and no paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends.

Paid plans allow 25, 100 or 250 dynamic codes, depending on the plan. Scans are not metered. See Pricing for plan prices, monthly and yearly billing options, and the current checkout status.

Billing and cancellation

Review the amount, currency and billing interval in checkout before confirming a subscription. A subscription renews at its selected interval until cancelled. You can open Manage billing from the pricing page to view invoices, update payment details or cancel renewal.

Cancellation at the end of the billing period leaves access active for the remaining paid period. Once active access ends, dynamic codes become inactive until access is renewed. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account, QR records or uploaded files.

Document sharing and availability

Uploaded files can be up to 10 MB. File links are intended to be shared: anyone who has the link can access the file. Replacing a document changes the destination of the selected dynamic code; it does not remove the old file or any copies recipients have downloaded.

Keep your own copies of important documents. QR access also depends on the readability of your printed code, internet access and the availability of the destination. We do not promise that every scanner, printing method or external website will work in every situation.

Analytics

Scan statistics count requests to dynamic links, not individual people. Repeat visits and automated previews may be included. Country, device and operating-system summaries are estimates. Use these reports as an indication of activity, rather than an audited measure of audience size.
