A few things to know before your first scan.

What is the difference between static and dynamic QR codes?

A static code stores your content directly and cannot be changed after it is created. A dynamic code stores a permanent link: you can change its destination at any time without printing the code again.

Are scans really unlimited?

Yes. Every paid plan includes unlimited scans. Plans differ by the number of dynamic codes, not the number of scans. Dynamic codes require an active subscription.

Can I create a QR code for free?

Yes, you can create and download static QR codes for free, without an account. Create an account to get a 14-day trial with up to 3 dynamic codes. After the trial, dynamic codes require an active paid plan.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Static codes keep working. Your dynamic codes remain saved in your account, but redirects stop working until you reactivate a plan. There are no automatic charges during the free trial.
