A brochure
with a next chapter.

Your latest PDF catalogue

Upload the PDF you already produce. When a collection changes, replace it inside the same dynamic QR code. This works for product catalogues, property details, service brochures and visitor information.

Keep PDFs light enough to load on a mobile connection. QRnestly accepts uploads up to 10 MB.

A page with a clear next step

Link to a mobile-friendly product page, enquiry form or booking page on your own website. When the offer changes, edit the saved destination without redesigning your printed brochure.

Use a specific page that matches the promise beside your QR. “View the current collection” is more useful than an unexplained square.

BEFORE IT LEAVES THE PRINTER

A practical brochure QR checklist.

  1. 01

    Make the action clear

Add a short instruction, such as “Scan for the latest catalogue”. Put the code somewhere people can see and reach easily.

  2. 02

    Protect scan readability

Use a dark code on a light background and keep clear space around it. Avoid folds, busy images and reflective finishes where possible.

  3. 03

    Test a real print proof

Export SVG for a scalable file, or a high-resolution image. Print a proof at the actual size and test it on more than one phone.

There is no single size that guarantees a scan. The amount of encoded data, print quality, contrast, distance and phone all affect readability. Test your finished layout in its intended setting before approving a large print run.

Different print runs.
A clearer picture.

Use distinct dynamic codes for a trade-show brochure and an in-store leaflet if you want to compare their scan activity. Give each code a useful name and folder in your account.

Review scan activity and country, device and operating system breakdowns. These describe scans; they do not identify every visitor or prove that the brochure caused a sale.

Plan for how long the brochure stays in use.

A printed brochure can stay on a desk long after a campaign ends. Choose a destination that remains useful, and keep your dynamic subscription active for as long as those codes need to redirect.

If your trial or subscription expires, dynamic redirects stop until you reactivate a plan. Your saved codes remain in your account.

PRINT QUESTIONS

Good to check.

Can my designer place the QR in an existing brochure?
Yes. Download the saved QR as SVG, PNG or JPG and provide it to your designer. Keep enough clear space around the code, maintain contrast and scan an actual-size proof before final printing.
Can I change a catalogue without changing the brochure QR?
Yes, when the QR was created as a dynamic code. Edit that saved code, replace the catalogue PDF or its URL, and save. The existing QR keeps working while your trial or subscription is active.
Can one QR open different documents?
Each dynamic code redirects to one saved destination at a time. If you need a choice of documents, link to a page you manage that lists those documents. QRnestly does not build that catalogue page for you.
Can I see whether a specific person scanned my brochure?
The scan dashboard shows aggregate activity and technical breakdowns. It is not a list of identified people. Use scan totals as one signal when evaluating a campaign.
