HELP & SUPPORT

Keep your next scan simple.

Replace a PDF without reprinting

  1. Sign in and open My QR codes.
  2. Choose Edit on the existing dynamic code.
  3. Upload the replacement PDF, or paste a new public PDF URL. Uploaded files can be up to 10 MB.
  4. Save your changes, then scan the original printed code to check the result.

Keep the existing code. Creating a new code gives you a different QR link. A static code has its content fixed at creation and cannot be updated this way.

Read the full PDF replacement guide.

My code will not scan

Keep a clear margin around the code, use a dark foreground on a light background and avoid stretching the image. Test the actual printed size with more than one phone before ordering a print run. Try a simpler design or remove the logo if a camera struggles to read it.

If the code scans but the destination does not open, check that the document URL works in a private browser window, your dynamic code is active and your trial or subscription has not ended.

My code says it is inactive

Dynamic codes need an active trial or subscription. A paused code can be reactivated in My QR codes while you have active access. A deleted code cannot be restored from the dashboard. When a trial or subscription ends, its dynamic redirects stop until access is renewed.

What happens after the trial?

The trial starts when you create your account and includes up to 3 dynamic codes for 14 days. No card is required, so the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Choose a plan to continue using dynamic redirects after it ends. Static QR codes encode their original content directly and do not require a subscription.

Manage a subscription

Sign in and open Pricing, then use Manage billing to see your subscription, invoices and cancellation options. When you cancel at the end of the billing period, access continues for the remaining paid period. Check the date and status shown in billing before relying on a printed dynamic code.

Understand your scan counts

Analytics count requests to active dynamic links, including repeat visits and some automated previews. They are not a count of unique people. Device, operating system and country are approximate; VPNs, proxies and unusual browsers can affect them. Static codes do not send scans through QRnestly.

Share documents safely

QR codes and file links are intended for sharing. Anyone with an uploaded file's link can access it. Replacing a PDF or deleting a QR code does not remove an old uploaded file, and readers may already have downloaded a copy. Use documents you are comfortable making public.
